We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operations management principles and procedures, as well as experience in the wine industry. The Operations Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including overseeing production, inventory management, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production of wine
• Manage inventory
• Ensure quality control standards are met
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and implement operational plans
• Identify and resolve operational problems
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the wine industry
• Strong understanding of operations management principles and procedures
